Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including the integration and administration of add-ons.
- Evaluation and analysis of technical requirements as well as implementation of new solutions to optimise HR processes.
- Managing and monitoring collaboration with external service providers to ensure the quality and adherence to deadlines of the services delivered.
- Ensuring smooth operation by providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the department's area of responsibility.
- Technical implementation and continuous optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness as well as creation and customisation of data structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management (or equivalent practical experience); experience in data science is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar business field — production processes, data setup, operations, or master data management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP required), with hands-on experience managing BOMs and recipe data.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency across systems and stakeholders.
- Proactive, open-minded, and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
