- Prepare decision board materials to support strategic decision-making for the Sales Growth and Finance portfolios.
- Consolidate project updates to provide a clear overview of progress across initiatives.
- Track progress against strategic priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide structured documentation and reporting to enhance transparency for stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics

- Drive and support international projects within the Sales Applications Team
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners. Ensure alignment across stakeholders (IT, Sales, Data, …)
