RESPONSIBILITIES
- A degree in engineering, process engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering-driven sustainability, with a proven track record in developing and implementing technical solutions.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- Expertise in applying technical solutions and sustainability technologies to real-world operational challenges.
- Proven ability to develop and implement engineering strategies that support sustainability goals with technically feasible solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement in sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse
- Nachverfolgung von Projektkennzahlen, Auftragsbeurteilung, Kontrolle von Vertragsgrundlagen und Erstellung von Zahlungsplänen bei Projekten
- Personalverantwortung für das kaufmännische Team vor Ort (z. B. Administration, Rechnungswesen)
- Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern
- Berichterstattung an den Standortleiter und an die Geschäftsleitung

- Design user-centered digital products, from the initial idea to the final interface, and translate requirements into clear, intuitive user interfaces
- Analyze requirements in a structured way and create and communicate implementation concepts
- Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues, to develop structured information architectures, interactive prototypes, and consistent design systems
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Establish and grow a “Community of Practice” across relevant organizational units to share knowledge and best practices
