RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Experience in the area of cost-type and cost-unit controlling
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
- Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus

- Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in Germany, in compliance with all legal and company-specific regulations
- Point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding payroll tax and social security matters
- Responsible for statutory reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with external authorities and institutions
- Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring data quality
- Preparation of HR statistics and reports
- Support during internal and external audits (e.g., tax audits)
- Close collaboration with HR team colleagues and regular exchange with Finance and Controlling
- Participation in payroll-related projects
- Continuous development and optimization of internal processes

Aufgaben
- Eigenständige und termingerechte Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland unter Berücksichtigung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen
- Anlaufstelle bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und externe Stellen
- Verantwortlich für das gesetzliche Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie für die Kommunikation mit externen Behörden und Ämtern
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
- Erstellung von Personalstatistiken und -auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen (z. B. Betriebsprüfungen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem HR-Team sowie regelmäßiger Austausch mit Finance und Controlling
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Payroll
- Fortlaufende Gestaltung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
