- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
- Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Die Rolle
- Passion for music, with expertise in audio recognition and pattern recognition.
- German (native) and English (fluent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Proven experience in project management, especially in tech or AI-driven projects.
- Strong skills in data management, annotation processes, and quality control.
- Proficiency in testing workflows, QA, and bug identification.
- Solid understanding of music and audio analysis, including MIDI data and sound pattern recognition.
