- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Cloud Warehouse Management (Snowflake, Databricks, Google BQ), idealerweise in einem FMCG-Unternehmen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit technischen Tools wie Github, DBT
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Orchestrierungstools (z. B. Dagster/Airflow)
- SAP BW Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (idealerweise IT) oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Bereich (IT), vorzugsweise als Solution Architect
- Gutes Verständnis von Finanzplanungsprozessen, idealerweise in einem FMCG-Unternehmen, zusätzliches Know-how über Planungsprozesse in den Bereichen HR, Vertrieb oder Supply Chain Management/Produktion von Vorteil
- Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung als Projektleiter zweier oder mehrerer großer Projekte im Bereich Planung in der Rolle als leitender Entwickler oder als Solution Architect
- Gutes Verständnis der SAP-Module und -Prozesse, Erfahrung mit SAP IP/BPS, SAC Planning Entwicklung von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse der Entwicklungs- und Erweiterungsframeworks innerhalb von SAP - ABAP Objects, CDS, SAP Fiori Entwicklungen, OData Entwicklungen
- Kenntnisse moderner Web-Technologien und Best Practices wie REST, GraphQL, API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, CDN
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data related projects in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Operations management or Controlling.
- Profound business knowledge in reporting and dashboarding applications - ideally SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud. End-user knowledge of the following source applications is beneficial but not a pre-requisite – SAP ERP (MM/SD), SAP IBP, SAP TM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Data analytics expertise, strong ability to understand data elements, sources, and relationships.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Work experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT)

- 3+ years proven experience in business insights or commercial analysis, with a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, user-friendly, and easy-to-read reports and actionable insights.
- Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Multicultural knowledge and empathy, with fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.), PowerPoint, business intelligence and data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Trifacta, Power BI and Tableau, and data extraction and manipulation tools like SQL and Python.

- Solid Finance background and good understanding of Finance processes are essential
