RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
- Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
- Experience in people management is strongly favoured
- eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
- Strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
- Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similar
- Excellent command of English
- Minimum 5+ FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing OR E-Commerce preferably within beverages
- Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure
- Proven E-commerce and online experience
- A keen interest in new technologies and the digital world
- Solution-oriented and creative with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
- Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
- Understanding of sales landscape
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Aufgaben
- Strategische Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen, so wie Content-Planung und Pflege im Webshop
- Analyse der eCommerce-Performance, Verfolgung relevanter KPIs sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Ableiten von umsetzbaren Erkenntnissen
- Mitbewerberanalysen zur Optimierung unserer eCommerce-Strategien
- Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung von Produktlistings im Webshop
- Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von SEO-Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Sichtbarkeit der Website und Optimierung der Platzierungen in Suchmaschinen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenservice bei operativen Themen und Kundenanfragen rund um das Thema eCommerce
