- Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung der Kunden in der Serviceannahme
- Entgegennahme von Serviceaufträgen und präzise Erfassung relevanter Informationen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams -
Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level -
Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts -
You will write process flows and training documents and be able to train people -
Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports

- You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of a 25-strong support team - including planning, management and further development.
- In close cooperation with our specialist departments, you will ensure that our customers' control center operations run smoothly.
- You will always maintain an overview, develop ideas for process optimization and implement measures to sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Analytical, precise and structured way of working.
- Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, organisational talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of experience working with Retailer Loyalty Card Data
- Highly analytical with a strong ability to work with large data sets with a proven track record in turning data into insight and drive insights into action
- Excellent Excel analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau are a plus)
- Strong design skills (PPTX is a must)
- Attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Excellent communication skills, experienced presenter with the ability to conceptualize and simplify complex ideas with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong project management as well as innovative, solution-oriented mindset
