RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
- Knowledge and professional experiences on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT, HR or any related topics
- Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization, ideally with regional or international scope.
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.

- Education
- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in overseeing IT infrastructure, applications and data systems, preferably in a sports performance or high-performance environment.
- IT Related
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and application services.
- Proficiency in IT management, including budgeting and vendor control.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including analytics platforms and data pipelines.
- Business Related
- Sound understanding of company functions and culture, particularly within the sports performance domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or sustainability roles, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus.
